Shift Hours: Mon-Fri (7:30am to 4pm EST) We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Shift Supervisor to support daily production operations and ensure smooth shift transitions. This role assists with coordinating materials, supporting machine readiness, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with outgoing shift and leadership to align on priorities Ensure machines are stocked with correct materials, blends, and packaging supplies Monitor material flow, scanning procedures, and finished goods movement Support resin mixing, drying, and regrind processes per specifications Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment Serve as backup support to the Mold Setter as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or material handling experience preferred Will train to operate a forklift Pay & Benefits: ? - Weekly Pay ?
