Director of Credentialing

Position Summary: An ABA company in Midwood is seeking an experienced Director of Credentialing to oversee and manage all aspects of provider credentialing and compliance. This leadership role ensures that all clinicians and providers meet payer, regulatory, and organizational standards. Responsibilities: Oversee the full credentialing and re-credentialing process for all providers Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with payer and accreditation requirements Collaborate with HR, billing, and clinical departments to streamline onboarding Monitor expirations, renewals, and licensure updates Develop and improve credentialing policies and workflows Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of credentialing experience in healthcare or behavioral health preferred Strong knowledge of payer and regulatory credentialing requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Leadership role in a growing behavioral health organization Warm and Supportive work environment Generous PTO package For more information please email or call 845-910-9809
