Overview: At Nationwide Children's Hospital, the Utilization Management Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every child has seamless access to care. Job Description: Essential Functions: Leads nursing and allied health personnel in strategic directives and care activities to ensure the assigned department achieves best outcomes in patient and family care. Leads multi and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based clinical programs, policies, and standards for assigned department.
