As a Contracts Specialist, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting various business units. Write and modify complex/non-standard contracts, ensuring all details such as pricing, performance criteria, and terms are accurately captured. Provide advisory support for contract development and negotiations to category managers and procurement professionals. Apply various pricing and cost containment models during contract development to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with the Service Center to align transactional and customer support services with category strategies. Engage with business unit leadership to accomplish procurement goals effectively. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field. 7 years of relevant work experience in contract management, paralegal work, or supply chain experience. Deep understanding of contract design and structure, including terms, language, and performance criteria. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
