Position Title: CT Tech - Gainesville, FL Available Shifts: Evenings 7-10 HRS/Weekends Only Mixed >10 HRS/Rotating Weekends Days > 10 HRS/Weekends Only Nights > 10 HRS/ Rotating Weekends Job Summary: Under the direction of the Radiologist, performs Radiology and Cat Scan procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail. Perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation. Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures required. Recognizes the purpose employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a Technologist. Perform examinations on patients of various ages from neonate to geriatric. Qualifications: • One year of CT experience preferred. NO acute care experience required. • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) & (CT) registry preferred • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist • Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School Compensation: Pay Rate: UP to $37-38/hr. (Based on years of experience) Shift Diffs: Nights $3/hr.; Evenings $2/hr.; Wknds $5/hr.
