Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Policy Center (PC) Developer with expertise in configuration, rating, and pricing implementations. The role requires strong technical skills in Java, Gosu, SQL, and web technologies, along with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and Guidewire Cloud deployment practices. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of insurance product pricing logic and support Guidewire Policy Center implementations. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement solutions in Guidewire Policy Center, with a focus on rating and pricing configurations. Work with the rating engine to implement, maintain, and optimize insurance product pricing logic. Develop and maintain Guidewire rules, data models, and integrations. Leverage Java, Gosu, and SQL to support Guidewire development. Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and support Guidewire cloud deployment practices. Work with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) to support integrations. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testers to ensure quality delivery. Provide technical guidance and contribute to design reviews, best practices, and code quality standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution. Required Skills & Qualifications 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Policy Center development. Strong knowledge of Java, Gosu, and SQL. Experience with Guidewire data model, rules, and integration technologies. Practical experience with DevOps practices - CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud deployment practices. Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Experience with Commercial Insurance domain. Guidewire Policy Center L3 certification. Agile or Project Management certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, etc.).
