Teresa, Staffmark Associate Responsibilities: Assist the local HR Manager and Facility Manager with designing communications strategies to improve workplace collaborations, community outreach, and brand awareness. Oversee the concept, design, and creation of internal communications materials, such as newsletters, local employee website/portal, leader talking points, employee messages, All Employee Meetings, summaries, and statements. Assist with planning and organizing employee events. Collaborate with the local leadership team and division communicators. Will manage the facility's Facebook page and other applicable social medi a. Maintain brand voice in social media, website, and other content by providing insights to local leaders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a relevant field. 2+ years of experience as a communication representative or a similar role. Excellent writing, project-management, and interpersonal skills. Experience in developing communications for employees.
