The Role We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Verona, PA, and the surrounding areas. What You'll Bring (Requirements) We hire empowered, punctual, and reliable professionals who are passionate about superior patient care. Licensure: Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in Pennsylvania. Certification: Valid CPR/BLS Certification. Health Requirements: Current TB Testing Documentation and a Physical Examination (within the last year). Skills: Strong clinical instincts with the ability to react decisively in emergencies. Communication: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration. Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)Daily Living Assistance: Provide compassionate support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Patient Comfort: Assist with positioning, ambulation, and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort. Health Monitoring: Accurately record vital signs, weight checks, intake/output, and blood glucose levels. Responsiveness: Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests, serving as the primary point of contact for patient needs.
