Good technical writing and editing skills. Previous Leadership experience Organizational and motivational skills Packaging Supervisor duties: Ensures staffing and training for operators working on the packaging line. Ensures the team is adhering to policies and procedures. Communicate with the Area Management on quality, equipment, and operational issues. Act as both administrator and technical leader for operations, setting a good example through demonstrated knowledge of procedures, compliance with quality systems and use of proper technique. Able to fill in when operator staffing requires it. Represent the shift operations at huddles and provide feedback to the floor on updates from said huddles. Supervise temporary employees for several contracting agencies. Handle escalation within the team.
