Position Overview:Always Best Care of Fairfax is seeking Licensed CNAs to support a client who is relatively new to a community and looking to settle in and make a new home. The client requires the use of ambulatory aids to walk around. The CNA may be required to transport the client to appointments or on errands if they need to leave the community and will need to have a vehicle and be willing to transport the client. Primary Responsibilities:Ambulation SupportProvide personal care tailored to the needs of the client, including assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)Escort the client to medical appointments and other errandsCollaborate closely with family members, healthcare professionals, and other care professionals to maintain a consistent and high-quality continuum of care Qualifications:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with active license in the state of VirginiaExperience caring for individuals in need of ambulation supportValid driver’s license and access to reliable transportationStrong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approachExperience working in a community with other health care professionals Caregiver Benefits:Competitive payPaid training and ongoing professional development opportunitiesMileage reimbursement at$0.70 per milefor client-related travel Join our team and make a difference in the lives of others!
