Requirements: Valid state license to practice as a registered nurse Certificate as public school nurse or any other certificate required by the state Primary roles and Essential Functions of this nurse includes: Administer first aid and medications Update & maintain accurate health records Observe students to detect health needs Assume authority, in the absence of a physician, for the care of a student or staff member who has suffered injury or emergency illness Facilitate normal development and positive student response to nursing interventions Promote health & safety Daily Rate: $165.00 All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
