Job Description: Are you a seasoned leader seeking a vibrant work atmosphere where you can lead a team and deliver unparalleled customer service? The Shift Supervisor is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, upholding high-quality standards, prioritizing food safety, and fostering a positive team environment. We seek a candidate with a proven track record in the food service industry, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Motivate and guide team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational objectives. Shift Management: Supervise all facets of restaurant operations during PM shifts, encompassing closing protocols, staffing, and adherence to company policies. Customer Service: Guarantee prompt, welcoming, and personalized service to guests; address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Quality Control: Sustain rigorous standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the restaurant, promptly addressing any issues. Food Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation. Cash Handling: Oversee cash transactions, including POS system operations, cash reconciliation, and deposit preparation, ensuring accuracy and security. Problem-Solving: Address operational issues or emergencies swiftly and effectively, such as equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or customer incidents. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all pertinent health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Qualifications: Availability to work nighttime shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM is required (minimum 4 days a week) Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Superior customer service abilities, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines; preference for ServSafe certification. Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Compensation: Shift Leaders begin at a starting rate of $18.00 per hour. Pay increases beyond this starting rate are based on demonstrated leadership performance, operational proficiency, and alignment with our core values.
