Salesforce Business System Analyst

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business System Analyst to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Duties: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables Liaisons between technical groups and the business Desired Skills/Experience: 5+ years of experience Practice in Agile and Scrum processes Ability to interact and handle different groups with competing needs Willingness to provide and accept constructive feedback on projects Ability to perform impact analysis on systems, users, projects, and dependencies Ability to coordinate all communications strands of a project Proficiency in Microsoft Suites Salesforce experience with an understanding of Salesforce data structure Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
