Position Summary As a Production Test Operator III, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of electronic systems that support critical missions. Your work helps ensure that every product leaving the manufacturing floor meets exacting quality and performance standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality products that matter. Job Description How You'll Contribute Set up, calibrate, and operate standard test equipment to verify production electronic assemblies. Test electronic, electromechanical, and RF assemblies using established work instructions, engineering documentation, and test procedures. Troubleshoot production hardware to identify root causes and support timely resolution. Collect, analyze, and summarize test results; compile data into manufacturing test reports. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams by providing technical feedback and support. Contribute to the development and improvement of manufacturing test procedures, including boundary scan testing. Follow safety, quality, and process standards to support consistent, repeatable outcomes. What You Bring Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent military training. At least 3 years of technician experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience working from engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and written or verbal guidance. Comfort using standard electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing and troubleshooting digital, analog, and RF circuits. Ability to troubleshoot systems from assembly level down to component level. Familiarity with RF generators, spectrum analyzers, and digital oscilloscopes. Experience developing or supporting boundary scan test programs. Hand-soldering experience; J-STD certification is a plus. Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (clearances are granted to U.S. citizens).
