Our client is a high-growth technology and tax consultancy firm specializing in R&D Tax Credits. Founded by industry veterans with a 100% audit success record, the firm is currently scaling its New York flagship office following a move to a brand-new Midtown facility. The organization prides itself on a collaborative environment where senior leadership remains in the trenches alongside the team. The Role As an Account Executive (AE), you will be a critical part of a closing-focused team. This is a full-cycle, "360-degree" sales role where you will target CFOs, CPAs, and business owners to identify and secure R&D tax incentives. You will be supported by a robust infrastructure, including a dedicated SDR team and a high-end tech stack, allowing you to focus on high-value client interactions and closing deals. salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Source, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the R&D tax credit space. C-Suite Engagement: Lead 20-30 minute strategic meetings with CFOs and CPAs to present the value proposition and identify qualifying R&D activities. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the technical consultancy team to transition signed deals for formal report writing and documentation. Pipeline Management: Maintain high activity levels, leveraging the firm's tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, ZoomInfo) to manage a consistent pipeline. Consultative Selling: Act as a subject matter expert on R&D tax incentives, articulating how they benefit diverse industries like Tech, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing. Uncapped Commission: Earn 5% of delivered revenue every quarter for the life of the account. Performance Bonuses. $200/month wellness stipend and a $50/month technology stipend. Annual President's Club trips and quarterly team-wide celebratory summits in NYC.
