Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts based on client needs, staff availability, and skill level Respond promptly to same-day call-offs and make necessary scheduling adjustments Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules in the agency management system Communicate regularly with caregivers and clients regarding schedules, changes, and updates Ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with the HR department to ensure sufficient caregiver coverage based on ongoing hiring efforts Provide on-call support during off-hours on a rotating basis Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in scheduling (preferred) Previous in homecare (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and professional demeanor Compensation: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
