Qualifications A successful candidate should possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive spirit and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Responsibilities As a sales representative, you will be responsible for: Learning the basics of insurance and how to sell insurance products Quoting prices and financial options for auto and property insurance Making sales (licensed) of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service Educating clients on auto, home, and renter's insurance including comparisons As a sales representative, you will work with real-time internet generated leads as well as incoming clients in our local office. Your responsibilities include: • Learng the basics of insurance and how to sell insurance products • Quoting prices and financial options • Making sales (licensed) of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing excellent customer service • Educating clients on auto, home and renter's insurance including comparisons To succeed in this role, you should bring: • A competitive spirit and willingness to learn • The ability to work on the phone for up to 75% of your day, requiring high energy and a love of working with people • Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems • Punctuality and the ability to stay focused to complete quotes
