Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with strong programming and setup experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts that meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Program CNC milling machines using G-code and/or CAM software to manufacture precision machine parts Set up CNC mills, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and work holding Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications Machine components to tight tolerances using materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and alloy metals Select cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies to optimize quality and cycle time Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks Adjust programs and setups to maintain dimensional accuracy and repeatability Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and material issues Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes Maintain CNC machines and perform routine preventative maintenance Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area Document CNC programs, setups, and process improvements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred 3+ years of experience programming and setting up CNC milling machines Experience in manufacturing precision machine parts or components Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Siemens, or similar) Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or equivalent) Ability to read and apply GD&T Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and meet production requirements Experience with multi-axis (4-axis or 5-axis) machining Fixture design and process development experience Experience working in low- to mid-volume production environments Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50lbs Manual dexterity for precise wiring and assembly tasks Work Environment Manufacturing or shop floor environment May involve exposure to noise, electrical equipment, and tools What We offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and advancement A collaborative and innovative work environment Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools An opportunity to do cool stuff every day Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Timesavers, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to fostering a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment.
