Responsibilities include desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, user account management, application packaging, operating system deployment, and managing security vulnerability patching. Candidates should possess specific knowledge and experience with Group Policy, Active Directory, Entra ID, Hyper-V, NetApp enterprise storage, Windows Server operating systems, Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM), PowerShell scripting and automation.Minimum Qualifications JG-28 - Network System Engineer III - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment.
