Technology and Data - Database Engineer 2

Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Database Engineering. Review and analyze basic or tactical Database Engineering assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Database Engineering. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. This is a Teradata Infrastructure team role supporting specialized Teradata software and hardware -- NOT an Application DBA role. Will be working outside the database. Experience with Teradata Vantage Cloud Lake setup and support. Also experience with AI experience in general. Looking for experience with Teradata's Data Mover, Viewpoint, Query Grid, and BCM. software support. Required Strong UNIX (SLES) skill. Plus Certificate Management support. Plus Vulnerability Management support. Plus Data Domain and Object Store support. Plus Ansible and EPLX support.
