Your mission Operating 3D printers and post-processing machines (washing, drying) to ensure a smooth production process. Quality control of manufactured products and performing simple maintenance tasks on the machines. Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace. Flexible support of shipment and product finish areas as needed. Collaborating with the team to optimize processes and workflows. Your profile Experience in production operations or a technical profession is an advantage but not required. Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn new manufacturing techniques. High commitment and team spirit. Physical resilience and conscientious working methods. Willingness to work in a flexible shift system, including weekend work. Based in Austin or surroundings.
