What You'll Do Clean exterior and interior windows on residential and light commercial properties Perform pressure washing on driveways, patios, siding, and other exterior surfaces Set up ladders, hoses, surface cleaners, and safety equipment properly Communicate professionally with customers on job sites Follow Shine's systems, checklists, and quality standards Work efficiently as part of a crew (or lead jobs as you grow) What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and coachable Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Good attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred) Experience is a plus, but not required - we train the right people Why Work at Shine Competitive hourly pay with performance raises Paid training - we teach you the right way to do the work Clear growth path to Lead Technician, Van Lead, and Management roles Work with professional equipment (not homeowner junk) Strong team culture - no chaos, no guesswork Be part of a company that's expanding and creating real opportunities Growth Opportunities Many of our leaders started as technicians.
