Can be other domains No admin responsibilities involved, pure development We are looking for: o Developers NOT admins o Object oriented programming o Certified in salesforce o Can code in apex as well as understand salesforce lightning o Nice to have: full stack dev. Code AND test would be "amazing" No mobile app development is involved Lightning: in the past salesforce devs who worked only on "salesforce classic", since then we have upgraded to "lightning." Basic salesforce admin certification or some get a dev certification. There are multiple options, at minimum need one certification, the more the better of course
