Title: Java Developer with ICertis ExperienceLocation: Charlotte, NCAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with hands-on expertise in ICertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development skills along with knowledge of customizing, configuring, and integrating the ICertis platform to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and custom components for the ICertis CLM platform. Customize and configure ICertis solutions including workflows, templates, and business rules. Integrate ICertis with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Procurement, etc.) via APIs, REST, or middleware tools. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability for ICertis CLM deployments. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes following agile practices. Stay updated with latest ICertis product updates, Java frameworks, and integration patterns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in Java/J2EE development (Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs). Hands-on experience with ICertis Contract Management (ICM/ICertis CLM) implementation or customization. Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle) and query optimization. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices-based integration. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
