The ideal candidate will have expertise in ACTIMIZE RCM Designer, Actimize Unified Data Manager, Actimize ActOne/RCM, and Actimize. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts, focusing on analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable insights to drive company success. Experience : 8to12Yrs Required Skills : Actimize -Unified Data Manager,ACTIMIZE RCM Designer,Actimize,Actimize ActOne / RCM Nice to have skills :Responsibilities : Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to enhance system functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Actimize solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and system efficiency. Conduct data analysis using Actimize tools to identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through effective use of Actimize solutions. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Support the implementation of new features and enhancements in Actimize platforms. Train and mentor junior analysts to build a strong team capable of delivering high-quality solutions. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet business objectives. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance overall efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Actimize solutions. Qualifications - Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in business analysis. Demonstrate expertise in ACTIMIZE RCM Designer and Actimize Unified Data Manager. Exhibit proficiency in Actimize ActOne/RCM and related technologies. Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders Client is looking for a senior business analyst who can guide and lead an existing 5 member BA team. Experience in Actimize and Alert/case management system. Experience in working with Fraud Line of business and operations team, identify pain points, document possible solutions and introduce/suggestions automation/AI that are available in the market to reduce manual efforts.
