Buildings and Facilities Crew Leader

The Village of Waunakee is hiring a Building & Facilities Crew Leader to oversee the maintenance, general cleaning, and upkeep of Village-owned facilities under the direction of the Buildings and Facilities Manager. The Crew Leader supports the Buildings and Facilities Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Buildings and Facilities division. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our facilities safe, clean, and welcoming for all residents, employees, and visitors. The Village offers excellent benefits, a starting hiring hourly wage $30.54 (full wage 2026 wage range of $30.54 to $39.08 per hour) and a starting vacation allotment of 120 hours.
