Account Executive - Infusion Therapy Location: College Station / Houston territory Compensation: $80K-$100K+ (negotiable) and commission Our client, a growing home infusion pharmacy, is hiring an Account Executive to build referral relationships and grow infusion therapy services across the College Station and surrounding markets. This role is ideal for a clinically trained professional, especially an ICU or ER nurse, who wants to step away from bedside care and move into a relationship-driven business development role. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a territory from the beginning while learning the business side of healthcare delivery. The right person will be motivated, coachable, and excited to grow with a local healthcare organization. What You'll Do • Build relationships with specialty providers, clinics, and healthcare partners across the territory • Educate providers on infusion therapy services and patient access options • Develop new referral sources and maintain ongoing provider partnerships • Work closely with pharmacy, intake, and nursing teams to support patient onboarding • Track outreach activity and maintain a consistent field presence • Help establish the pharmacy as a trusted local infusion partner What We're Looking For • RN background strongly preferred, especially ICU or ER experience • Interest in transitioning from clinical care into healthcare sales or business development • Comfort working independently in the field and building relationships from scratch • Strong communication skills and follow-through • Local to the College Station or North Houston area • Hunter mentality with willingness to learn sales What's Offered • Competitive compensation based on experience • Commission and bonus opportunity with strong long-term earning potential • Vehicle allowance, benefits, and training • Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding pharmacy location
