This role is ideal for experienced residential electricians who want strong support, consistent work, and a clear path for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues efficiently and safely Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and components Ensure all work complies with Virginia and NEC electrical codes Perform service, replacement, and upgrade work including panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, and safety devices Clearly explain findings, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners Maintain accurate documentation and job records Collaborate with dispatch, management, and support teams Light commercial experience is a plus but not required. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience Strong working knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, and systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues independently Familiarity with local and national electrical codes Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Confident decision-maker in a fast-paced service environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Company policy requires all drivers to be at least 21 years old.)
