SkyHop Global is seeking a full-time AM Leader on Duty to support and lead morning operations at our RDU station. This is a true player-coach role-you will actively drive, lead by example, and ensure safe, reliable, and professional service during our busiest hours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position and understands the demands of a 24/7/365 transportation operation. What You'll Do Lead Morning Operations: Serve as the on-site leader during the 3:00 AM-10:00 AM shift, ensuring safe, on-time service. Drive Routes: Operate company vehicles as needed to maintain coverage and service flow. Coach & Support Drivers: Provide real-time direction, reinforce standards, and model professionalism. Safety & Compliance: Conduct vehicle and readiness checks and enforce safety and company policies. Operational Support: Assist with communication, scheduling adjustments, training reinforcement, and required documentation. Problem Solving: Handle issues calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
