Quality Final Audit Inspector - 2nd Shift

Summary:The QTI Group is recruiting for a Quality Inspector/production worker for a well-known manufacturing company in Reedsburg. The ideal candidate will have previous experience including a solid work history and will have great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift; Monday through Friday 1pm to 9:30pmPay Rate: $18 plus $1 shift premium for $19 per hour Responsibilities:Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings using tools such as calipers, surface and depth gauges, micrometers and more Record all required information per process cards and sample procedures Input all info into information systems or complete appropriate documents Inspect part for defects and remove fins or other irregularities from casting as needed Qualifications:One to three years' minimum experience in quality/audit is required Must have a strong understanding of math and ability to read complicated drawings and formulas Must possess a thorough knowledge of all cleaning and inspection functions and have a general knowledge of core making and molding Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. A pre-employment drug screen and physical will be required
