Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity in the southwest area of Houston, TX: Outpatient Pediatric Occupational TherapistPediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We' re currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in the Gulf Gate area near University of Houston. Qualifications: Master' s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy TX OT license Previous experience working with children is a plus, field work counts Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required Position Details: Schedule: full time, Monday through Thursday 7a-6p Caseload: You' ll see a wide variety of kids across the pediatric age group. You' ll work with kids that have neuro and ortho dx and require interventions aligned with their evaluations. Expect to see children on the spectrum, with developmental delays, traumatic brain injuries, sensory processing deficits, etc. In-person only Clinic is privately owned and efficiently managed, team is over 90 therapists strong across multiple clinics in the Houston area Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients. Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting. Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
