Ability to work with varied age groups. Decision-making skills. Lifeguard: Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training/First Aid/CPR/AED. Job Description: Lifeguard: Prevent injuries, enforce facility rules, and recognize and respond effectively to all emergencies by monitoring activities in and near the water. Interact positively and in an exemplary fashion with costumers. Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance duties.
