Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, including but not limited to: ensuring use of appropriate safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, infection control measures. The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents. The RN Supervisor rounds on nursing units that includes but is not limited to: checking in staff and residents, greeting all new admissions. The RN Supervisor facilitates communication between shift staff and unit managers/DON/ADON.
