Job Title: Aerospace Assembly / Integration Technician (Multiple Disciplines) Locations: Kent, WA (Onsite) Duration: 6-month contract (with potential extension or full-time conversion) Shifts: Multiple shifts available Why This Opportunity Is Exciting This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge aerospace programs in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will support critical hardware build, integration, and testing activities with opportunities for long-term growth and conversion. Available Focus Areas Openings are available across multiple aerospace functions, including: Structural Assembly Drilling and preparing close-tolerance holes, installing fasteners, composite work, and interpreting engineering drawings. Mechanical / Sub-Assembly Integration Precision assembly of mechanical components, tubing and fittings installation, alignment, and torque per specifications. Avionics & Electrical Support Wire harness routing, bonding and grounding, continuity checks, and electrical assembly support. Propulsion & Fluid Systems Assembly and testing of hydraulic, pneumatic, and cryogenic systems, including pressurized hardware. Testing, Quality & Final Integration Functional testing, inspections, documentation, and support of final vehicle or system integration. Key Responsibilities Assemble and integrate aerospace hardware to engineering drawings and work instructions Perform precision assembly using hand tools, calibrated tools, and basic fabrication equipment Support testing, inspection, and quality documentation activities Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standards Communicate effectively in a team environment with changing priorities Basic Qualifications Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or high-precision manufacturing environments Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and specifications Hands-on experience with mechanical, structural, electrical, or fluid system assembly Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work onsite and support assigned shifts Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in confined spaces, on ladders, or elevated platforms
