Warehouse/Building Maintenance TechHugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with proven experience in property maintenance and repairs, including interior and exterior painting, along with warehouse dock and door maintenance skills to join our team as a Warehouse/Building Maintenance Technician. ABOUT THE POSITIONWarehouse/Building Maintenance Technicians ensure that buildings and facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs facility wide to support a clean, efficient, and compliant environment.In this role, you will: Paint interior and exterior surfaces of customer facilities. Assist with ongoing maintenance and repair needs of commercial buildings and warehouses.
