The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering high-quality service.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate caregiver shifts based on client needs, staff availability, and skill levelRespond promptly to same-day call-offs and make necessary scheduling adjustmentsMaintain accurate and up-to-date schedules in the agency management systemCommunicate regularly with caregivers and clients regarding schedules, changes, and updatesEnsure compliance with company policiesCollaborate with the HR department to ensure sufficient caregiver coverage based on ongoing hiring effortsProvide on-call support during off-hours on a rotating basisQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in scheduling (preferred)Previous in homecare (preferred)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate and professional demeanorThis agency is independently owned and operated.
