Mold Setup Technician (3rd Shift - Temporary)

Position Overview:We are seeking a Mold Setup Technician to support injection molding operations on 3rd shift at a manufacturing facility in Noblesville, IN. This is a hands-on temporary position focused on mold changes, machine setup, and production support in a plastics manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities: Set up injection molding machines and related equipment to meet production requirementsPerform mold changes and adjustments per production scheduleOperate and program basic functions on robot systems (such as Ranger or Yushin)Troubleshoot molding and equipment issues to maintain product quality and minimize downtimeConduct quality checks on parts and ensure workstation readinessMaintain accurate documentation and shift communication Qualifications: Previous experience setting up injection molding machines (e.g., Sumitomo, Nissei, Arburg)Familiarity with mold changeovers, plastic materials, and troubleshooting production issuesAbility to work 3rd shift consistently and maintain reliable attendanceMechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, or thermolators is a plusWillingness to complete a technical aptitude assessment as part of the hiring process Additional Information: Background check (7 years) and 5-panel drug screen requiredCasual work environmentOvertime available as neededNo relocation or sponsorship offered Location: Noblesville, INShift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 9:00 PM - 7:00 AMPay Rate: $24.00-$25.00/hr + OT (1.5x)Type: Temporary AssignmentInterested in learning more?Contact Jaie Rogers at or 678-802-6632.
