Experienced water or wastewater operator who likes variety and problem-solving? This position supports water and wastewater treatment facilities across the United States during operational transitions, staffing gaps, and technical challenges. It’s a hands-on role for experienced operators who are comfortable working in different plant environments and helping teams keep systems running safely and efficiently. Role Overview The Traveling Water and Wastewater O & M Specialist provides on-site operational support, technical troubleshooting, and leadership coverage at treatment facilities nationwide. Assignments may include short-term coverage, process support, training, or day-to-day operations depending on site needs. Travel is a core requirement of this role.
