This is a high-visibility leadership position with opportunity to lead design efforts, build and mentor your own team, and play a key role in future hiring and growth initiatives.You'll be hands-on in design initially, then transition into a leadership and oversight role while continuing to stay involved technically. The company maintains a lean, collaborative culture and offers hybrid flexibility when not traveling or at project sites.Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design solutions for data centers and complex power systemsPrepare drawings, specifications, and construction documentsCoordinate across disciplines, clients, and vendorsConduct site visits and field observationsEnsure quality and accuracy of deliverablesMentor and guide junior engineers Qualifications B.S. in Electrical EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license required~ 10+ years of experience, including data center designStrong knowledge of MV (34.5 kV) and LV distribution systemsExperience with AutoCAD, Revit, BluebeamProficient in NEC, load/fault/voltage drop calculationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Details Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5Travel: ~25-30%Hybrid flexibility outside of office/site visitsCompensation: ~$150K-$170K+ (Highly Negotiable Base Salary)Sponsorship not available Apply with your resume to learn more.Feel free to also contact Mollie Karns directly at | 678-335-6114
