In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring every donor has a positive experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet donors; deliver courteous and respectful serviceAssist with receiving and recording donationsSafeguard donations until collectedMaintain a clean and organized donation sitePlace any flags, banners, balloons or signage in visible, attractive mannerEnsure that trailer has all necessary supplies Qualifications: Demonstrated customer service skillsPlanning and organizational skillsAbility to stand 6-8 hours per day, bending frequentlyAble to lift up to 35 pounds regularlyGood communication skills, oral and writtenAbility to work independently or as part of a teamAble to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers Education, Experience, Training Required: High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge, skills and abilities.High level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
