HVACR Technician Light Commercial Refrigeration

The Arcticom Group Refrigeration (TAGR) is seeking skilled Journey-Level Refrigeration Technicians for light commercial service work in and around Boulder, CO area.RESPONSIBILITIES :· Maintain, diagnose, and repair multiple types ofrefrigeration systems, and all mechanical and electrical componentsrelated to the equipment (such as self-contained coolers and freezers, single systems and rack systems, etc.)· Perform minor plumbing repairs on refrigerationequipment, including walk-in drain lines, case drain lines, cooling towers andwater-cooled condensers· Inspect plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systemsand identifying specifications that are required· Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC andRefrigeration· Collaborate directly with grocery store managers andstore directors· Quote equipment repairs and recommend replacement whennecessary· Maintain proper van stock, tools and safety equipment onwork vanSKILLS:· Good judgement for use of supplies and materials inrefrigeration repairsHand/Tools such as gauges and basic hand tools· Attention to detail and critical analysis for diagnosticsand work performed· Professional communication skills· Mechanical aptitudeQUALIFICATIONS:· 2+ years prior HVAC/R experience· Be available for ON CALL work as needed· Ability to pass a physical/drug screen/backgroundinvestigation/ driving abstract as neededBONUS POINTS:· EPA license highly desired· At least 2-3 years of grocery refrigeration /HVACexperience highly desired· Related education/certification in HVAC and refrigerationindustry highly desired
