This role is critical to keeping daily operations running smoothly and supporting field teams, customers, and management.The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of service-based businesses, is highly organized, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls; provide professional, customer-focused communicationSchedule jobs, coordinate crews, and manage calendarsCreate, process, and track work orders, invoices, and documentationCommunicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teamsSupport billing, collections, and insurance or service documentation (where applicable)Maintain accurate records in CRM, job management, and accounting systemsAssist management with reporting, follow-ups, and administrative tasksEnsure office processes stay organized, compliant, and efficientRequired Experience & Qualifications1+ years of office experience in a service business (restoration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, etc.)Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailProfessional phone and email communication skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficiency with office software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)Experience with scheduling, invoicing, or CRM/job management systems preferredPreferred (Not Required)Experience with insurance-related work, service billing, or job costingFamiliarity with XactimateUnderstanding of emergency or after-hours service operationsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceStable, full-time position with growth potentialSupportive team environmentOpportunity to be a key part of a growing companyAll employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
