If you're proactive, resourceful, and love being the go-to person who makes life easier for a busy leader, apply now!Title: Executive Personal AssistantComp : $80–95K base (no bonus) + mileage reimbursement + benefits.Location: Hybrid in Beverly Hills/Culver City areaWhat you'll do (high level): Own calendar + scheduling, travel, and day-to-day adminHandle personal logistics (appointments, errands, gifting, returns, vendors, home coordination)Light office support (supplies, mail, vendors) + occasional team moments/eventsOperate independently, anticipate needs, and keep things organized What we're looking for: 2–4 years EA/PA experience (personal support is a big plus)Discreet, resourceful, detail-oriented, calm under pressureComfortable being mobile (errands) and working hybrid onsite in BHWants a stable right-hand role (this is not a “ladder” position) US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
