Job Description: Job Responsibilities: • Operate the following equipment: Dozer - no GPS • Good to have experience in the following: Bobcat, Backhoe, Roller, Skid Steer, Compactor, Excavator - NO GPS Operate Machinery: Drive, maneuver, and control heavy equipment for tasks like digging, loading, grading, and moving materials. Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport dirt, rocks, asphalt, and other construction materials. Site Preparation: Clear land, excavate foundations, and build roads or other structures. General Maintenance of Equipment Any other duties as assigned by the Manager. Preferably high school diploma/GED, a clean driving record.
