Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Electronic Parts Prep & Assembly Technician for a printed circuit board manufacturing company in Simpsonville, South Carolina! This is a 1st shift, Monday to Friday temp-to-hire position offering a competitive pay range of $13 to $15/hr depending on relevant experience, as well as a range of benefits available once hired on including primary medical care service, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and more! Benefits included: 1 st shift, Monday to Friday position with 2 schedules available: 6AM to 2:30PM or 7AM to 3:30PM Opportunity for growth and training Primary Medical Care Service Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short term/long term disability insurance 401(k) matching up to 4% Electronics Soldering Technician Job Responsibilities : Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products Populate, modify, or replace components on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) Use hand tools including crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, presses, and similar tools Mount components such as transformers, resistors, capacitors, transistors, ICs, and sockets onto PCB panels Prep parts prior to production builds Operate prep equipment and shop tools to fabricate or modify parts Trim, adjust, and clean components as needed Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Inspect wiring, assemblies, and circuits for quality and accuracy Correct defects and rework parts as required Label, tag, and package finished products for shipment Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) Perform manual assembly of electronic devices used in avionic, military, and medical equipment Review work activities and quality expectations with supervisors Electronics Soldering Technician Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years of electronic or microelectronic assembly experience preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of electronic parts, wiring, or manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable with a professional attitude Good communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn
