We are an established company with an impressive record of profitability and growth.ACCOUNT COORDINATORJob DetailsLocationSt Paul, MinnesotaSalary$48,000-$52,000/yr (DOE)1st ShiftMon – Fri | 8:00am – 5:00pmBenefitsOpenings1Job Summary:Assists with the day-to-day handling of customer accounts with regard to order processing, order solicitation, and general account maintenance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls from customers Process quotes in the ERP system and send to customers Convert quotes into orders Identify and source buy outs with appropriate vendors Input laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders Enter purchase orders with vendors Input material return authorizations if necessary Follow up on quotations made to customers Communicate with account managers regarding accounts Attend monthly sales training meetings Position Requirements: College education is preferred in a business related field This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
