2nd Shift Machinist / Machine OperatorLocation: Camp Hill, PASchedule: 1 PM–9 PM or 3 PM–12 AMPay: $24–$25/hr + Production Bonuses after hire-onAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator who can run, set up, and troubleshoot a variety of machining equipment—not just push buttons. You’ll work with CNC and manual machines to cut and prepare steel products used in manufacturing. Mazak experience is not required; we will train you.What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (lathes, band saws, etc.) based on blueprints and work instructions. Perform machine changeovers, adjust settings, and maintain tolerances. Troubleshoot basic machining issues and keep equipment running efficiently. Inspect parts for accuracy and quality throughout production. Monitor machines during operation and watch for any malfunctions. Complete routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, etc.). Cross‑train in other departments and be flexible with work tasks. Always follow safety procedures—safety is priority #1 What We’re Looking For Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment (CNC, manual, or both is a plus). Ability to do setups, change tooling, and adjust machines—not just load/unload parts. Comfortable reading basic blueprints and following instructions. Someone reliable, safety‑minded, and willing to learn multiple machines/areas.
