Service Manager

The Opportunity WCTractor is entering a new chapter in Sealy with a brand-new Kubota facility and the opportunity to put a Service Manager in place for the first time at this location. This role offers a rare chance to step into a clean operation, establish standards, and build a service department the right way from the start. Key responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop the service team Ensure customer concerns are handled professionally and efficiently Implement and maintain effective service department processes Drive service performance, quality repairs, and labor efficiency Communicate clearly with Sales, Parts, and Store Leadership Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environment Stay current on agricultural and light construction equipment Complete required reports and administrative duties This is a hands-on leadership role that requires presence on the shop floor and active engagement with the team.
