The manager is looking for senior level aptitude with experience regarding plant-wide integrations, launches and layouts. This site rebuilds engines and is going through a large revamp. They are looking to change the layout, bring in new technology, etc. Seeking someone to spearhead this project. The manager is looking for someone with plant-wide experience, rather than smaller project experience. REQUIRED SKILLS - Plant-Wide Transformation Leader profile Min 8+ Years' experience ---- Plant-Wide Transformation Leadership: Proven experience redesigning full manufacturing layouts, leading ramp-up/ramp-down efforts, launching new processes/products, and driving plant-level capacity and flow improvements (not just small CI projects). Deep Industrial Engineering & Lean Expertise: Strong in time studies, line balancing, takt/cycle time analysis, value stream mapping, standard work, and waste elimination - with the ability to model capacity, labor, and throughput using data. Technology & Process Integration at Scale: Experience implementing new equipment/automation, integrating technology into production, determining labor/material/resource requirements, and ensuring safe, efficient, high-performing operations.
