Physical Therapist (PT)/ (OT) - Lymphedema Care- South Florida Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, Daytime Hours Setting: In-home patient care (non-traditional home health model) Adult patient population, primarily middle-aged and geriatric Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with lymphedema certification to join a specialized, in-home lymphedema care program. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with lymphatic disorders, helping them improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Clinicians are assigned to a primary service zone within their local area, with minimal travel to nearby zones only if needed to support a full caseload. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, including: • Manual lymphatic drainage • Compression therapy • Therapeutic exercise and functional training • Provide direct patient care in the home setting • Supervise PTAs or COTAs as applicable • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program • Active Florida PT or OT license • Lymphedema Certification (CLT) - required • Minimum 1 year of home health experience • Minimum 1 year of lymphedema experience • Current CPR certification • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Strong documentation and computer skills • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Benefits: All Standard Benefits
